Come to Chess Club and make this beautiful statement Hummingbird Necklace at one of Elizabeth Joseph's creative Workshops.

You will start with a tour of Chess Club - an exclusive Private Members Club deep in the heart of Mayfair, London W1.

After your tour you'll be served a chilled glass of champagne from the Bar.

We will then go to the Workshop space, where each of you will have your own prepared instruction sheet, tools and materials, where Elizabeth will show you how to make your own Hummingbird Necklace. You will learn how to use jewellery pliers and jump rings to attach your chain and clasp, and how to link your pieces together. You can make your necklace collarbone level or use a longer chain depending on what suits you.

Materials: Laser cut acrylic, silver plated chain and clasp. Size: 19cm from tip of right feather to base of tail feather.

Tickets are £53 per person and include all the above: Tour of Chess Club, glass of champagne, all tools and materials for your Necklace and a ribbon tied gift box.

Places are limited.

The Hummingbird Necklace Workshop was inspired by a painting by Frida Kahlo: 'Self Portrait with Thorn Necklace and Hummingbird' (detail below). The Workshop coincides with the Frida Kahlo exhibition at the V&A Museum from 16th June.
